Your Birthdate: June 18
Your birthday on the 18th day of the month suggests than you are one who can work well with a group, but still remain someone who needs to maintain individual identity. There is a humanistic or philanthropic approach to business circumstances in which you find yourself. You may have good executive abilities, as you are very much the organizer and administrator. You are broad-minded, tolerant and generous; a compassionate person that can inspire others with imaginative ideas. Some of your feelings may be expressed, but even more of them are apt to be repressed. There is a lot of drama in your personality and in the way you express yourself to others. Oddly enough, you don't expect as much in return as you give.

Singer/actress Jang Nara, who is filming the 150-episode Chinese epic drama “Tricky Rough Princess,” has captivated the hearts of the Chinese security police typically known for their discipline and strictness. A person from the drama’s production crew who accompanied the actress on May 14-16 in Shenyang, China said he was stunned to see that the security police who came to maintain public order outnumbered journalists who had come to cover Jang.

"Dozens of journalists flocked to the filming set. But once public order was established, the security police were busy taking pictures with Jang with their camera phones. It was yet additional proof of Jang’s popularity in China," said a person from the production crew.

The production team said Jang was having fun working with her fellow actor in the drama, Alec Su You Peng. Jang has been teaching Su Korean culture while he teaches her Chinese. Their teamwork is perfect to the extent that Su can mimic anything Jang shows him.

”Tricky Rough Princess” is a love story about a princess of the vanquished Zhou Dynasty and a prince of the Dang Dynasty, which invaded and conquered the Zhou Dynasty. Jang, who is currently filming the first 30 episodes of part one of the drama, has drawn significant attention from the Chinese media for her charming personality. Some 150 journalists from Taiwan, Hong Kong and mainland China attended a press conference on the drama’s production on May 10 in Jiangxi.

Baby Vox Profile and Gallery

1997 was Year of the VOX. Baby VOX, the VOX standing for 'Voice of eXpression', debuted in 1997 with then Baby VOX members Jang Shieun, Jang Hyunjun, Yumi, Lee Heejin and Kim Eiji. The first single released 'Muhli Hah Neun Nahl', or 'Haircut' in English, was styled after a new English group, the Spice Girls. The song didn't do so well, only reaching 47th in the kpop charts. After releasing another single and two music videos, Baby VOX decided to make some changes. Three of the original members, Jang Shieun, Jang Hyunjin and Yumi were taken out of the group and three new, fresh faces were brought in.

When Baby VOX's second album was released, the group was comprised of Kim Eiji and Lee Heejin of the original group along with three new singers, Kan Miyoun, Sim Eunjin and Le Gai. Kan Miyoun had participated in some first album activities, as she was phased to make the member change easier. The singles released off this album were 'Ya Ya Ya' and 'Change'. These two songs fared much better with fans and Baby VOX reached as high as 7th in the kpop charts. Unfortunately, Lee Gai was unsuitable for the group, and she was asked to leave. It was time to find the final new member.

In 1999, Baby VOX released their third album, titled 'Come Come Come Baby' and showed off it's newest member, Yoon Eunhye. Once Eunhye joined the group, the Baby VOX we now know was complete. With each new album, Baby VOX had become to be known as very verstile, and this new look was no different. The new, more mature look helped this album soar. The singles from this album were 'Get Up', 'Killer' and 'Missing You'. 'Get Up' topped the kpop charts and has remained thier best selling album to date. In 1999, Baby VOX also hit the Chinese market and has had a very strong fanbase ever since.

The year 2000 marked another new album for Baby VOX, titled 'Why'. This album showed a very elegant and graceful look for the girls. Baby VOX fame was growing more and more. The singles released this time were 'Why', 'Baeshin', and 'Hu Rak' (Affection). By this time, Baby VOX had established themselves as one of the biggest Korean female groups around, comparable to SES or FinKL. Because they were so young and vibrant, Baby VOX made it a point to excel in dancing and performing, which added to thier popularity.

In the fifth album, 'Boyish Story', Baby VOX did a complete turn around and featured a sharp, boyish look. Always amazing fans, the singles released were 'Game Over' and 'In Hyung' (Doll). In this album, Baby VOX stepped into the world of song writing. Each member wrote and composed a song on this album, showing strength and talent and that their sucess has not come from their image alone.

May of 2002 showcased a compilation album, titled 'Special Album'. It is a box set containing three music cds with a VCD and a small photo book. The first two cds were comprised of past Baby VOX hits made into a non-stop dance mix. The third cd was full of ballads, with the VCD consisting of a music video for the new single 'Go', and fun self cameras. It is a nice set to show off all of Baby VOX's accomplishments.

By this time, each member had started to branch off a little bit and do some projects that interested each person. Eunhye and Eunjin modeled for various companies, while Heejin and Eiji acted in a drama. Miyoun usually doesn't do advertisments or act, preferring to work on her voice. All members are always seen popping up on various television game shows and talk shows. While they are strong as a group, individually, each member shines.

The next step for Baby VOX was to go totally live! In September of 2002, Baby VOX held their first, totally live full length concert. It was two hours long and a full stage production. They sang songs ranging from the second to special album. Each member also performed a small side production. For example, Kim Eiji did a ballet dance and Lee Heejin did a swing dance. The concert was released in VCD format and was a great sucess for Baby VOX.

In the winter of 2003, Baby VOX launched a 'world tour'. They visited Hong Kong, USA, Thailand, China and other spots. Baby VOX was very well recieved around the world and the tour only furthered thier popularity

In March of 2003, Baby VOX released their first Japanese Mini Album. It's similar to a US single. It featured thier hit song 'Go' sung in Japanese. There were a few 'Go' remixes as well as a song from the fourth and fifth album. It was a sucess in Japan and another internation highpoint for Baby VOX.

April of 2003 brought the most recent musical release, the sixth album, titled 'Devotion'. Another spectacular change from past albums, this album is highly techo and trance in sound and style. The singles from this album are 'What Can I Do', 'Devotion' and 'I'm Still Loving You'. 'What Can I Do', is a cover version of a title by Kim Changhwan and 'I'm Still Loving You' is sung in Mandarin Chinese especially for all Chinese fans. While those songs are the released singles, Baby VOX performed many songs from the album, just a few times. Songs such as 'Majimaken' and 'Catch Me'. And music videos were made for the three released singles, a video for 'May Be Love' was also made and released. Baby VOX keeps changing and evolving and they keep coming out with widespread hits. Most fans think this is the best album to date and it guarentees to be a huge sucess for Baby VOX.

After a long and much anticipated wait, Baby VOX released their first ever Photo Album in May of 2003. It's a 93 page photo book filled with sexy and sometimes racy photos of each member of the group. It was a release filled with controversy, as many fans thought the group was going down a road that would lead to loss of innocence and unwanted attention. Attention focused soley on their bodies, and not talent. Baby VOX triumphed once again and showed the world that you can have everything you want - good music, talent and a good, fun and sexy image. Baby VOX's purpose for this photo album was to just have a good time and try something new, which they suceeded at greatly.

Baby VOX is currently working on both solo projects and their seventh album. For example, Heejin is currently involved in a musical and Eunhye is acting in a drama. Overall, Baby VOX has shown such versatility, temerity, strength and talent, that it is assured that they will always stay at the top of music charts and hold a special place in all fans hearts.

 Sweet 18

This was hard to do… I don’t know if I’ll make the other’s so thorough… but here you go… episode 1!

---------
EPISODE 1!!!!!

main characters...

Jung Sook: HJH
Hyuk Joo: LDG

It starts off with HyukJoo’s grandfather writing a script (or contract) to arrange a wedding for HyukJoo (LDG) and JungSook (HJH). He gives it to JS’s grandfather and it’s all arranged and they just talk about how it is going to work. HJ is watching TV and JS is crying (HJ is telling JS to be quiet, and then JS’s mom tells him to be nice to his bride to be = Jung won ja)
but someone did something and JS’s family has to run away. They’re in Seoul and it jumps to where JS’s grandfather passes away. He says something about keeping the marriage contract and passes on.
Time passes and we are at school with JS. She is the leader of 5 gong-joos (princesses – they are sort of like the popular gang). JS is yelling at some girls because of the way they are dressed. She says have some self-respect, don’t copy how we dress, etc…and makes them say we will keep our self-respect, etc…Then appears their teacher. All 5 of the gong-joos get in trouble and
are taken to the teacher’s office. In the office the teacher tells JS to open her bag for the group. She finds cosmetics and asks JS if she’s making a salon of some sort, she picks up the notebook and sees ancient Korean writing and is proud… then she finds a poem to JS’s secret love. “I don’t know your name, nor your last name but even though I cannot forget our meeting. You are my one and only other.”
They’re coming out of school, and JS is mad because the teacher makes fun of her secret
love. Her friends are saying it’s her fault she wrote it like that, and JS starts to explain what happened that one day. “That day was a windy day like today, that day was the first day we were going to sneek into a club (night).” They ran away from the police and separated, on the way of running away she bumps into this man that is dressed like in the olden days. He was carrying a book of the old writing, and she said “who carries around this in the olden days?” but then the man took his book from her hands and she was in love… (basically). Their friends are making fun of the guy, because he was wearing the (doc-puh) olden day clothes. She stops because she thinks that was
where she met him. Friends drag her away and then we meet the one that was wearing the clothes. HJ is with his friend and he’s complaining how he has to wear the clothes. Friend say why don’t you give it to me? He explains that it really isn’t a good thing to be wwearing the clothes in public and says you have to be ashamed once to forget about it. He tells his part of the story. Of how he was in class and then gets called out and bascially humiliated walking home. He bumps into a girl, and makes a b*tch out of her.
Then they get to a club and prepare to find young-age drinkers (I think)
. Scence switches to JS and her friends (they are under-age) bunch of guys walk up to them. Nam Chul likes JS a lot and tells her that he’ll make her happy. JS leaves and expects friends to follow her, but instead NC does. Back to HJ he’s in one of the rooms and is pissed cause the under-age kids are gone, but then they’re like should we just leave and he says no he can’t. So basically they shut everything down to catch the under-age ones. JS goes into the washroom and hides. HJ and the police go into the washroom and HJ see JS’s shadow and they catch her. Then he lectures all the under-agers and tell them next time will be your last. JS obviously cocky ask HJ to show some i.d., he turns out to be a District Attorney (lawyer). JS comes home and gets caught, her mom tells her to stop taking customer’s clothes. Her mom tells her to becareful or else her arranged
marriage may get cancelled.
We’re back at the olden day house, but we are still in 2003. Andong (place) Grandfather tells the man (he’s like the father of the house) to go visit JS’s house. JS tries to sneak out and the man from andong comes to visit JS, and says they should have dinner to prepare the wedding and such. They arrive at the dinner and JS is complaining, but guess who the husband turns out to be. HYUKJOO! They start to argue because he complains that she’s a stupid girl. And get into a fist fight and such, but it turns out that what she was thinking of doing and not actually did. JS asks HJ if he isn’t really willing to marry her, and he says he’s going to make her smarter (sort of) and they are going to get married. She can’t take it and Nam Chul comes into the picture. HJ’s friend tells him to be careful because there are a lot of gangsters out there. HJ tells his friends
about the girl he has to marry and won’t, and they meet. Nam Chul tells HJ that he’s going to marry JS, and then HJ scares NC telling him he can go to jail. The 4 gong-joos are at the shower place and they met NC’s guys. They say NC cried and that he’s going become a lawyer because of JS. JS is walking around in the dark when HJ drives in, they HJ sees shadows and fights the boys. HJ beats all the guys, and they’re all taken to the police station, HJ tries to keep his reputation by not telling that he was lawyer, but one of the police from the club notices him.
They go to eat, and JS asks him if he really is going to marry her, he says are you kidding. Then she asks him if he knows the olden day language, but knows it all by heart. Then she
remembers that he lives around there too. They’re done eating and she goes to catch the bus and almost falls, he catches her and her hearts to beat for him. (awww). JS is back at school with her teacher, she gets in trouble because she didn’t fill in where she would like to go to University/College. Teacher says are you going to get married? JS says how did you know I had someone waiting (Jung-won-ja), and explains that she’s not going to marry him, but another. Teacher gets mad because she has nobody and is jealous and tells her to leave and to fill out the paper. Walking home she meets NC who tells her she is going to become a lawyer and tried to kiss JS, she runs home and finds out that Andong grandfather is preparing the marriage between her and HJ. She runs to HJ house and starts looking for him. She goes into every room and finally in the washroom and HJ’s there talking a shower. She sees him naked and runs out, he chases her but steps on her name tag. She’s in bed and is thinking about seeing him in the shower and smiles to herself.
It is morning and she gets to school but sees her friends all in trouble, she tries to hide from her teacher’s view, but get caught. She says she doesn’t have her skirt hiked up and the teacher asks why do you always have to get in trouble, your name tag is missing. And then she says how she went to HJ’s house, and the teacher gets mad and thinks she’s lying. She asks what
his phone number is, so HJ tells the teacher his number. HJ comes to school to give JS’s name tag to her. They’re talking in the school yard and JS tells HJ about how Andong Grandfather wants to see them there this weekend. He tells her not to worry and that he’ll get her out of this marriage thing. HJ calls his grandfather but then gets yelled at trying to get out of it and his grandfather hangs up.
JS wants to get married, but tries not to show it. They walk in HJ’s neighbourhood and she tells her friends to leave. She goes to HJ’s house and sees that the door is open. She then sees the olden days clother (doc-poh) and then goes in to find the book (remember when she bumped into someone… that was HYUKJOO!) So now she’s fully engulfed in this situation and such.
HJ goes to Andong by himself and prepares to get in trouble, he walks in with his head down and bows (courtesty for Koreans) and when he looks up sees JS sitting next to Andong Grandfather. She gets up and says “husband did you just arrive” (nice good-girl tone).

and by the way... they get better as you go along...
